WILDLIFE MEMO

May Wildlife Activity

Can bring bird feeders out. Have heard a rumor of the arrival of hummingbirds.

Bears are out, but weather has impacted their movement. Sows will have cubs and can be very protective.

Mountain lions are quite active. Deer moving back in so will be looking for deer!
Do Not Feed Deer.

See that wolves are also expanding to areas close bye.
All predators can be very dangerous. Usually avoid humans but are getting habituated. So be aware when hiking.

Pay attention to your surroundings. Keep pets and kids close. Learn animals signs and tracks and scat.
I can help you with question and skills!
